914 Junk LLC ("914 Junk," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website 914junk.com and provides junk removal, cleanout, and light demolition services in Westchester, Putnam, and surrounding counties. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect information you give us directly when you request an estimate, fill out a form, call or text us, or book a job:

• Your name, phone number, email address, and the service address for the job
• Photos, videos, or files you send us to describe the items you want removed
• Details about the work you are requesting, including access notes and scheduling preferences
• Payment information you provide when paying for a completed job

We also collect limited information automatically when you visit our website, including your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring website. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies. Our contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or message delivery, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your mobile phone number or your SMS consent to anyone.

• Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You can expect messages related to an active estimate or scheduled job, and, if you opted in to promotional messages, no more than four promotional messages per month.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will receive a single confirmation message and then no further messages.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to request an estimate or hire us.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We share information only as described here:

We use analytics and advertising tools, including the Meta pixel and Google Analytics, to measure website performance and the results of our advertising. These tools collect website activity such as pages viewed and forms submitted. They do not receive your SMS consent, and we do not upload your mobile phone number to advertising platforms for audience targeting.

We keep customer records for as long as needed to provide services, resolve disputes, and meet tax and legal record keeping requirements. Inactive marketing contacts are removed on request at any time.
